SHIPPING
Please select your Postage and Packing Fee from the Holisticbee store when you order any products.
Your order is sent by Royal Mail 1st class. We aim to despatch your order within two working days of receipt, or advise you if there is to be an unavoidable delay. However, please allow five working days for delivery.
You can pay by Paypal or with your credit card without a Paypal account on the Paypal payment gateway page.
If you are paying in your currency (other than GBP) your bank may charge you an exchange commission. Holisticbee is not able to ship orders outside the EU.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your order. If, within 14 days of receipt of your order, you wish to return your order because you have change your mind, please return your order unused/unopened and we will offer you a full refund or exchange to the value of the order. If any postage is incurred this is non-refundable.
We can only refund to the card that was used for the original transaction. If any exchange is not possible due to unavailability, we will contact you so you may select a different item or a full refund. Refunds are actioned immediately and take 48 hours to appear on your card from the point of processing.
When returning your goods, please enclose a copy of the invoice and your contact telephone number and obtain a 'Proof of Postage' just in case your package does not arrive back to us.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is unsatisfactory please notify us within 14 days.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and are commited to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or in any other way disclose your details to any 3rd parties. We collect your email address and/or account registration details for our own use.
